Erika brings more than 15 years of experience in community and economic development throughout the Midwest. Erika’s work has focused on topics such as business district development, long-range regional planning, creative placemaking and entrepreneurial ecosystem building. Erika is happiest when she’s collaborating to identify, operationalize, and build buy-in for equitable and ambitious solutions to advance communities.

Erika has a Masters in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from Saint Louis University and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri.
