Noelle brings a background in zoning, land use planning, and geospatial analysis to PGAV. Previously a county-level planner in Illinois, Noelle’s skills include collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in a variety of formats, writing and amending ordinances based on current land use laws and best planning practices, review of development proposals for compliance, and acting as a liaison between government officials, members of the public, land owners, and professionals in the development field.
Noelle received both her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Geography (2016) and Master of Science degree in Geography (2018) from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. Noelle’s passions include improving communities through sustainable and equitable development and increasing accessibility to green spaces, healthy foods, amusements, and city centers. She currently lives in the Metro East and is happiest with a book in her hand and her black cat on her lap.
